You can donate to Talbot Creek Community Church in several ways:
Donate Online
Online donations to Talbot Creek are handled by the nonprofit service Canada Helps. When you select the donate now button, you will be taken to Talbot Creek’s secure portal on the Canada Helps site. You can use your credit card to donate to us, and we will safely receive your donation (less 3% fee that Canada Helps uses to cover credit card charges, fund transfers, and receipting). Your receipt for the full amount of your donation will be emailed to you within seconds of donating, or a total receipt will be sent at year end. Canada Helps will ensure that your donation is automatically deposited in Talbot Creek’s account.
Pre-Authorized Remittance
If you would like to give to Talbot Creek regularly, you may be interested in signing up for our automatic bank withdrawal option. Once you complete a form clearly instructing us to do this, your donation is automatically withdrawn from your account on the 20th of each month. We then automatically receive your donation, less a 50-cent charge per withdrawal that is used to cover the cost of the automatic withdrawal service. You will receive a receipt at the end of the year for the total amount of your donations. If you are interested in this option, please contact our treasurer, Ken Johnson, or pick up a form at our Welcome Centre.

While we do not circulate an offering plate during our services, on Sunday mornings we do make available a box where you can drop any donations you may wish to make.
Policy Regarding Designated Gifts
All spending of funds is confined to Talbot Creek Community Church approved programs and projects. Each restricted contribution designated toward an approved program or project will be used as designated with the understanding that when the need for such a program or project has been met, or cannot be completed for any reason as determined by Talbot Creek Community Church, the remaining restricted contributions designated for such program or project will be used where needed most as determined by the Core Group Leadership Team.
